In many cases our customers already have machines which collect data, however they do not have access to analyze this data. Instead of installing new sensors on the line, you can also utilize the existing data via OPC-servers. To show how this is done we have made a one-pager which gives an overview of how OPC servers such as Kepware can assist with the data collection in your factories. The general setup when using an OPC-server is shown in the diagram below.
