New Function - OEE by Product (On Preview)
OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) is a standard measurement for manufacturing performance. You can easily track the OEE of your line in real-time on Blackbird, e.g., OEE by batch, by shift, and waterfall chart. Now you can also analyze “OEE by product” across batches and shifts.
Suppose you are manufacturing multiple products on a line. In that case, it is helpful to see which product has low or high OEEs and which product is causing what types of downtime in order to more effectively allocate your resource in advance.
Try this function:
Go to OEE page, select the product by clicking on the search field. Remember to select a desired time range you want to see by using the time range selection below the field.
This function is available on System 2. If you would like to upgrade from System 1 to System 2, please contact us and we can walk you through the upgrading process.
