Live graph for Output Flow Visualization
Live output monitoring is the first step in making continuous improvements when using the Blackbird solution. On Live Graph, a capability has been added that allows customers to choose between an average speed or a regular speed to display the output flow on the live graph.
The average speed is based on a minute or hour timeline, whereas the regular speed is calculated from one data point to the next.
How to use:
Go to "Main Sensor Setting", click "Data" tab and select from "Chart data filter".
It’s a good idea to use this feature if your production has longer cycle times.
