Changeover Target Deviation on OEE Waterfall Chart
The Blackbird Changeover Tracking allows us to monitor how each changeover occurred against its target. It also displays the count-down on a live dashboard showing how many minutes are left to complete a changeover. It can now also display an aggregated target deviation in the OEE waterfall chart to demonstrate the deviation related to OEE.
This feature is useful if your line runs various work orders and batches and there is a need to improve the changeover performance.
This waterfall chart shows how much time the line/machine gained or lost in total against the targets.
