Blackbird’s products are used for various manufacturing processes helping optimize and streamline operations on the shop floors. Process control is an essential practice in some factories, and this can be done much easier and more efficiently by using the Control Recipes feature on the Blackbird solution. This new feature will enable you to perform control recipes when a new shift takes over a running batch. It is useful if long batches go over multiple shifts.
When you create or edit a control recipe, you can choose “every shift start” or “every shift end” from the pull-down menu.
